This scheme is introduced by ministry of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) and this scheme is of ninth plan under the implementation since 1998 and this scheme have been continued for 12 plan which is for 2012-2013 to 2016-2017 and have an outlay of 25.50 crore.
