. How to Apply

• Online Application and Tracking System has been presented w.e.f. 01.10.2013.
• The eligible PLI (Primary Lending Institutions) will get an agreement (Appendix III) executed with the concerned MSE unit on behalf of Government of India.
• The eligible PLI would obtain application form(Appendix IV) the MSEs for subsidy under the CLCS Component of CLCS-TUS in the prescribed form. Banks will follow the principle of First -ln -First -Out (FIFO) while submitting the claims online also under CLCSS component of CLCS-TU Scheme to Government of India.
• The finished application is being uploaded by the PLI through the Online Application and Tracking System to the connected Nodal Agency which, thus, prescribes the application online to the Office of DC (MSME) for the arrival of sponsorship.
• On verification  the office of DC (MSME) will release the subsidy.
