3. Quantum of Assistance

1. If MSME is participating in NSIC organized International Technology Exhibitions in Foreign Countries

  • Upto 75% of the actual Rent Paid (Upto 95% of the actual Rent for those SSI or MSME Enterprises which belongs to NE Region or Women or SC/ST Entrepreneurs.)
  • Actual Freight Paid subject to maximum 25000/- for goods transported per Entrepreneur
  • Upto 75% of the actual Economy Class Return Fare for one representative for one business (Upto 95% of the actual Economy Class Return Fare for those SSI or MSME Enterprises which belongs to NE Region or Women or SC/ST Entrepreneurs.)

The above subsidies are subject to a maximum of Rs.2.25 lakhs for Micro Enterprises, Rs.2.00 lakh for Small Enterprises and Rs.1.50 lakh for Medium Enterprises.

2. If MSME is participating in International Exhibitions/Trade Fairs in Foreign Countries

  • Upto 75% of the actual Rent Paid (Upto 95% of the actual Rent for those SSI or MSME Enterprises which belongs to NE Region or Women or SC/ST Entrepreneurs.)
  • Actual Freight Paid subject to maximum 20000/- for goods transported per Entrepreneur
  • Upto 85% of the actual Economy Class Return Fare for one representative for one business (Upto 95% of the actual Economy Class Return Fare for those SSI or MSME Enterprises which belongs to NE Region or Women or SC/ST Entrepreneurs.)

The above subsidies are subject to a maximum of Rs.2.40 lakhs for Micro Enterprises, Rs.2.10 lakh for Small Enterprises and Rs.1.25 lakh for Medium Enterprises.

3. If MSME is participating in Domestic Exhibitions/Trade Fairs in India

5. For Co-sponsoring of Exhibitions organized by other Organizations or Industry Associations or Agencies

To be eligible for co-sponsoring from NSIC, the fair should have at least 5000 sq.ft covered area exclusively for stalls/shops and must have participation from at least 50 MSME units. The sponsorship should be utilized for expenditure on the hiring of exhibition ground/hall, erection of stalls, publicity etc. and is limited to 40% of the net expenditure
