Qualification or eligibility under the Yarn Bank Scheme

• At least 11 individuals needed to frame Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)
• The Members of SPV ought to be Powerloom Weavers, Master Weavers, Co-usable Societies, Private Entrepreneurs, NGO's working for Powerloom Sector
• SPV needs to give Bank Guarantee to the degree of 25% of Govt. of India share
• SPV will arrange their own funds equivalent to Government commitment.
• SPV will rotate the corpus fund including their commitment atleast 4 -5 times in a year.
