Eligibility Criteria

• A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) with at least 11 individuals is required to apply in this scheme and SPV should have their Own Land & Builsing or Leased Land & Building in the name of SPV for minimum 10 years.
• The Members of SPV must be Power Loom Weavers, Master Weavers, Co-employable Societies, Private Entrepreneurs; NGO's working for Power Loom Sector.

• The Following are qualified to form SPV under this scheme
• Company incorporated under Companies Act
• Co-Operative Society
• Trust
• Limited Liabilities Partnership (LLP)
• State Government/State Government Agencies
