Yarn coloring, Warping, and Sizing Twisting and so forth and post weaving offices viz. handling and so forth . Likewise, there can be other substantial resources that would be set up in bunches, as long as they are put to normal use by decentralized force loom units in and around the group.
3. The SPV will keep an escrow account with any planned bank, and all installments for CFC will be made through a similar record which will be mutually worked by one individual from SPV and different individuals from Regional Office.  The SPV ought to present the case for the issuance of monetary help to the concerned Regional Office of the Textile Commissioner.
4. The Local Level Monitoring Committee (LLMC) will be framed for CFC, which incorporates an official from the Regional Office of the Textile Commissioner, a Director of SPV, and State Government authorities. 5. Total assistance will be granted in 3 installments;
