Objectives of This Scheme

• In rural and in urban areas of the country, the scheme generates new employment opportunities by helping them start small business/projects or ventures.
• To bring all the youths together who have skills and are from rural/urban country, this scheme gives them chance for self-employment opportunities.
• To provide self-employment opportunities to large segment on continuous basis of prospective and traditional artisans (karigar) and to help arrest migration of rural youths to urban areas.
• For increasing the growth rate of the artisans, the wage earning of those youths also increases by the help of this scheme.
