Usage of Rs.210 Crores ASPIRE Scheme Corpus, This Rs.210 crore corpus of the ASPIRE Scheme uses in the purpose are as follows:
1. Creation, main tenance and up-dation of Technology Centers Network – Rs. 2.00 Crore
2. Capacity building including – awards, surveys, studies, Exposure visits, engagement of consultants which also includes monitoring and evaluations etc., - Rs. 17.75 Crore
3. There are two norms inside –
A. Funds settlements for incubation centers by NSIC/KVIC/coir board/other institution/Agency of GOI/State Government –Rs. 62.50 Crore
B. Incubation center setting up funds – Rs. 61.50 Crore
4. Administrator Cost (10% of the item under [3A]) – Rs. 6.25 Crore
5. SIDBI managed fund of fund for startup – Rs. 60.00 Crore
