Components of MSE-CDP

• Common facilities centres (CFCs): Government of India decided about the fund scheme to be 70% if the maximum project cost is Rs. 20 Crore, for NE, Hill states, Island territories, Aspirational Districts with funds grant of 90%.
• Development Of Infrastructure: GOI grant fund of 70% if the project amount of Rs. 10 crores for Industries Estate and Rs. 15 Crore for flatted Factory and 80% fund grant for NE, Hill States, Island Territories, Aspirational Districts.
• Association Exhibition Centres: GOI will grant funds which is restricted to 60% of project cost of Rs.10 Crore for Product Specific Association with SMO rating of gold category from NABET.
• Invention of Thematic: GOI restrict the funds no more than 50% of maximum number of 5 Thematic of maximum amount of Rs. 2 Lakhs each. GOI grants Rs. 10 Lakhs under this component for each CFC.

• State innovative cluster development programme: state government have initiated this fund and to strengthen the activity , this will provide co-funding of the CFC projects of CDP. GOI fund limitation is limited to Rs. 5.00 crore what ever is lower. For respect to CFC projects in North East/Hilly States, Island Territories, Aspiration Districts, ST/SC/Women with fund assistance of 90% project cost not more then Rs. 5 Crore.
