Application Forms and Process

• To apply for the application form – the application form is available in the offices of NSIC with empanelled Rating Agencies.
• The application form is also available in the website of NSIC, IBA or in Rating Agencies.
• Small industries Associations who are interested to take part can also make available the application form from their website.
• Interested SSI unit can also apply for rating will have to fill the application form and submit the form to NSIC or Rating Agency.
