Eligibility Criteria of The Scheme

Textile’s ministry has created a nodal agency as to monitor and identify the projects which are eligible and pass the necessary funds to the applicants.

• Association Of Industry
• Association of Entrepreneurs
• Integrated Textile Parks (ITP) who comes under the main promoter of State Government Agencies.
• Corporate Body is registered under the Acts of the company who are assigned for execution of the Integrated Textile Parks.
• Local/State Industries and Infrastructure Corporation (SIIC) and other bodies of Government of India (GOI) are representative of ITP where Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) if formed at each ITP as well.
• Total amount of net worth of each of the promoter should not be lower then 1.5 times the total equity in the project.
